1978 CSY 44…walk over center cockpit cutter live aboard, local and ocean cruiser is in mostly good to excellent condition. Located in Virginia.
Hauled out: May-June 2022, replaced cutlass bearing, shaft and rudder-post packing, installed refurbished propeller, keel cosmetic work, FOUR coats bottom paint.

Perkins 50 diesel with 100 gal fuel (2 tanks) and fuel scrubber system, new 11 gal hot water tank, 400 gallon water in two tanks, 43w solar panel with controller and converter for battery charging, two inverters in fwd/aft cabins, four batteries; starting and three group 27 house batteries, Force 10 main cabin propane heater, Cruise-air Hatch air conditioner, Older Garmin GPS with Ches. Bay chip, CPT auto pilot (2020); Icom AIS (2022), lots of other gear. Avon 8 man life raft (needs recert.). Galley ice box and DC/AC refrigerator, propane oven/stove. Some systems need updating such as electronics, tach.

5′ Draft, 54′ bridge clearance
Chain-plates, turnbuckles, standing rigging in good condition; no splits, fish hooks, no problems as docking location is brackish and not salty water.
