I have a beautiful .23 acre (10,470sqft) standard wooded lot in North Port. The lot is buildable, has no scrub jays but need to verify for gopher tortoises.

The lot is on Bathfeld Road on the northwest side of town. The area is building like crazy, I am building myself in the area as well.

I am looking for a center console boat to trade for the lot at around the same value. Or if the value is higher/lesser, we can payout the difference in cash.

Boat preferences:
-Center console
-Outboard engine
-Fishing boat
-18-19ft minimum length
-Comes with trailer
-Will consider boats/engines that need mild repair, just depends on what’s needed.
