2013 J/70 sailboat that has benefitted from exceptional care her entire life. The majority of her life was spent inside in a climate controlled warehouse. She was dry sailed only until the of 2022. She is a turn key boat capable of winning at any level as under previous owners she has won such events as Long Beach Race Week (CA). Much thought and expertise was applied to her for both her time on water and also on the road. Highlights include 100% North sails inventory-both regatta and club level quality sails. 3 Mains, 6 jibs and 3 spinnakers. Jib sock, mainsail cover-new in 2022, spin bag for companionway. 2 HP Honda outboard. Bags/covers-Deck cover, Hull cover, Keel cover, Rudder cover, Tiller cover, Mast Cover, Boom cover with insert pockets for spreaders, Hatch board bag, Standing rigging bag, companionway cover, padded lifeline covers and paddled mast base "Melges 24 style" cover. Trailer highlights-Triad Single axle keel down trailer (can be converted to ramp launch). Lockable diamond plate storage box, screen guard for keel, 2 ladders, one bow mounted on trailer and one moveable, 2 spare tires and Melges style mast carrier. New in 2022-Main Halyard, Jib Halyard, Lifelines, Backstay and Mainsail cover. Boat has soft deck in cockpit area and VC17 paint on bottom. Safety equipment (anchor, rode, chain, first aid kit, etc. is to class legal specs). Lifting straps, trailer tie down straps, keel lift (stored on trailer), fender and dock lines, winch covers and kelp stick for rudder.
