FULL DESCRIPTION

LANDAU MV1752 AW – Mercury 40hp ELHPT 4S – Galvanized trailer
Purchased the 2002 LANDAU all welded aluminum semi-V boat new in October 2005. Sat in my garage and didn’t hang a 40hp Johnson on it until August 2008. Sat in the garage until 2011 and then put it on the lift under the boat house.
Purchased the Mercury 40hp ELHPT (trim/tilt/electric start) new in September 2015. Installed the outboard in October 2018. Has stainless prop and can trim the motor while on the run with a trim switch mounted beside the swivel seat.
Galvanized trailer is titled as 2005 and was purchased new in August 2006. Bunks, guide boards, carpet and rollers are one year old. Trailer has always been stored and covered, has less than 200 miles, and never been in salt water.
Boat is set up with dual batteries and switch. Motorguide 54lb thrust bow mount trolling motor, with dedicated battery and 50amp circuit breaker. Boat has 18 gal aluminum fuel tank mounted in the bow with a sending unit and fuel gauge, and spin off fuel filter/water separator mounted near the motor. Hatch cover and storage for gear. Lowrance GPS, depth, temp, chart, fish finder. LED navigation and anchor lights with waterproof switch panel. Also has swivel camo seat.
Boat has always been stored inside and/or under a roof. Basically used to run errands, go to restaurants and visit friends on the Chickahominy River. Never in salt water and only caught in the rain twice. Great condition. Same as new without the high cost and higher taxes. Never used it much because normally had multiple boats.
