22ft Predator Bay Boat built around 2002 with ’01 Johnson 150 powerhead on a ficht 175, Runs Perfect! Has a Lowrance Elite-5 HDI Fishfinder/Chartplotter With Suncover/GPS navigation upgraded in 2015. Stainless Prop., High-Jacker Static Jack Plate, Sea Star Hydraulic Steering, Center console with 8 aluminum rod holders. Gauges and scupper overflow drains updated 4 years ago. 45 gallon gas tank for Pre-mixed oil/gas. Captains bench with 4 additional rod holders. 2 Large front storage compartments. Interior was re-carpeted about 3 years ago. Live well & bildge pumps need replacement. Live well was re-fiberglassed 2 years ago. Large canopy to keep you out the sunshine. All electrical works. Motor starts up every time. It has a 3 battery system, 2 12v’s to power 24v trolling motor. All extras go with the boat, life jackets, ladder, trolling motor, anchor. Tandem trailer needs a little maintenance, but is solid with good tires, updated matching rims, and Spare Tire with Bolt On Tie Down Straps. Bearings always greased. Lights updated to LED a few years ago. Glassed interior and gel-coated exterior maintained through the years.
