Complete new build from platform & up on refurbished base. Floors, walls ceiling all new. ALL NEW rigging, wiring, marine sanitation, system, off-grid electric system, etc. Legally trailerable & comes with the trailer.
This custom off-grid houseboat has it all. Fits a queen and single (foldout couch pictured). The saltwater treatment system shocks waste to a PPM legal to discharge in intercoastal waters so no pump out boats or marinas are required. Gas hookup for the stovetop and water heater. There is shore power and a freshwater holding tank so you can choose to be at a marina or off-grid. 110 and 12v run throughout. Built on a refurbished 28′ Party Hut Pontoon with added 3rd foam center pontoon for stability. Complete tear off and newly built platform extends the boat to 32 ft. Height and width are street legal and comes with trailer. New anti-fouling paint on pontoons.
