The Vancouver 36 was massively constructed – built beyond any reasonable standards. In 1977, Durbeck bought the rights from R. Harris and began production. Durbeck located in Sarasota, FL was already a yard with a reputation for heavy built cruisers.

This is a lightly used hull that was built then raced once around the globe.

Since then it is aging nicely on the hard awaiting a new owner.
