FULL DESCRIPTION

Ready to sail 1988 Pearson 27 sailboat. I took this boat out sailing tonight as I list this for sale. It is in excellent condition, sails and rigging in great shape. Bottom paint is decent. I have lived on and sailed this boat for the last 2 years and she is one fantastic boat. Fast, clean, roomy. Yes it does need few things but overall excellent. You will not have to spend a year "refitting" this boat. Just come aboard and go sailing! Some pictures are from when I first got her but most are recent. Aft cabin, aft head, open to the bow she is one spacious 27 foot boat. It had hot water and shower but the heater was bad and the "shower" was cramped so they have been removed. 200 watt solar panel and Epever charge controller. I have completely rewired the boat except for the mast. Come and check it out. I hate to sell her but a larger sailboat has come my way. The picture without the stove is old. It has an Origo 4000 alcohol stove but only one burner.
