It has a master birth Queen size, (excelant mattress) and a venting window, sleeping area with a door that closes for sleeping privacy with full standing space for clothing changing with a standing dresser for clothing storage or linnens — V Birth sleeping space with removable cussions — Lots off Seating space around removable table in cabin. — Has sink in galley with fresh hot and cold preasure water system. — Stove is 110 ac Shore power, Electric or Alcohol built into counter top. —Has a mounted 110 Volt Microwave in gally — Has propane portable BBQ for dock or shore cooking. DC fridge/ice cube maker. — coffee maker — Installed 4 speaker AM/FM Radio with CD player with remote. — mounted new 24" flat screen AC/DC TV with remote (receives free TV) — lots of LED DC lighting in cabin — Boat has high full bridge good condition enclosure with lots of standing head room lots of seating space on aft deck all in like new condition — wind shield has 3 sections, center section swings opens for fresh air flow, right sections has 12 volt electric wiper — head has vanity sink and hand held shower hot and cold fresh water, new easy use self contained porta potti. — 2 new batteries with select switch. — installed mounted automatic battery charger charges both batteries at the same level—Hand held high power spot light (plug into 12 volt boat power, no dead battery fear) — used remote spotlight (If wanted)Needs to be mounted on bow of boat) —2 new up grated hand held mounted fire extinguishers —and auto fume detect and halon extinguisher in engine compartment —- All gauges work on dash — comes with good working depth/fish finder. — 25 watt VHF marine radio with antenna, — dual control engine levers (shift and speed) —Extra life jackets — fenders –lines –props. — Engine is a (new) Long Block Chevy 350 V-8. (Old engine was using oil so I had it replaced) New Engine cost me over for replacement and labor) New engine has about 16 hours run time on it — no bad or soft wood any place, and the hull is solid. (Bottom needs to be repainted) — (The boat came with a arch but I didn’t like it so I took it off, I have it if new owner wants to reinstall it. or even sell it) — there are 2 auto bilge pumps 1 under cabin floor and 1 under engine, both work fine —The outdrive is a OMC with new water pump (pump can be replaced if needed without taking the out drive apart
