FULL DESCRIPTION

1981 38′ WELLCRAFT MIAMI VICE SCARAB – This boat was one of the original US Customs Blue Thunder chase boats for a few years, and then changed to FL Marine Patrol. Boat was running when it was taken out of service and we bought it. This boat has Mercruiser 420’s V8’s with TRS Drives that were replaced right before we got it by FMP. Boats transom is in good solid shape, as well as the stringers, but the cockpit floor needs replacing. Interior was removed before it was seized (see pictures of cabin). We were told that it is a Kevlar Hull. Boat has a clear title and please note: (Boat does NOT have a Trailer.)
As you can see in the pictures, the boat started to be painted with the flag, just never finished it… (The last picture is what it would look like when finished.) The original photo of the boat in white was what it looked like when we got it, inside and out. This would make a nice boat with some work and TLC and engine repair. Moving so boat has to go. .
