FULL DESCRIPTION

Launch and bottom coat paid for!

72 out island Morgan 41’ – walkover first year center cockpit Ketch. Pictures are current. Sailboat is currently on the hard and has a brand new gel coat and bottom job is paid for ready to apply by contractor when 30 days out from launch. New shaft, prop redone, new shaft coupling. Complete set of sails in good + condition.
Lots of parts. Engine hours are about 4000. Perkins 6-354 engine runs. Reduction gear is velvet drive. Both need attention but are working. I brought boat up to st Mary’s under its own power. Life lines need renewing. Stanchions and bases have been removed to repair. Deck is in good shape. I have not detected any soft spots.

Raw water intake Thru hull needs replacement and water strainer basket and lines to engine need replacement. I have original strainer.
Attention to reduction gear and engine.

No electronics on it save a radar that may or may not work. Bow sprit and swim platform need to be refitted. Was going to do star board for them both. Great monohull! Strong hull! Draft 4ft 2”! Beam 13’10”. Weight 28000lbs. Mast is keel stepped. There was no blistering of the hull. We have a complete video series of what we have done to her in the 1.5 years we have owned her. We don’t have the time to finish her up so our loss is your gain! Yard is live aboard yard.
Heads 2 (one compost one holding)
Cabins 3 (king captains cabin sleeps 2-3, salon cabin sleeps 4, fore cabin sleeps 2) there is room for a quarter berth that could sleep 1 adult or 2 small children or a pet.
Fuel diesel tanks poly and hold 45 gallons each. Freshwater tank is about 20gallons. Has 110v reefer and hot water tank. Propane oven/range gimbled (not hooked up), electric 110 hot plate range.
Dinghy and 50hp 2 stroke Johnson engine goes with boat. Both need repair.

Price is Cash. Boat has current FL registration and is currently insured.
