1968 seagoing house boat. Basically s tiny house on the lake. Includes a quenn bedroom with shelving, back porch, kitchen with cutting board counters, double sink, fridge, microwave and hotplate. Fully functional bathroom complete with shower, toilet snd sink, just refine with cedar walls snd floors. Living toom includes sofa with fold out queen bed, leather recliner, flat screen roku tv. Had two ac units, two amish fireplaces. Its docked in a marina, you will have the nicest dock spot, u have an outdoor storage box. Complete with dishes, some bedding, Christmas decirations, halloween decorations, five air beds, four brand new sleeping bags.
